About GrazeGauge

GrazeGauge starts with a problem familiar to small ranches: knowing whether the water is holding, the pasture needs a rest, or a permit deadline is coming—without spending the whole day checking.

The idea grew from experience on the Fountain ranch and professional work with sensors, SCADA, alarms, and remote telemetry. Based in Carlsbad, we’re starting with local ranch conversations and practical field testing.

Our first build priority is paperwork reminders, followed by off-the-shelf tank sensor integrations and plain-language grazing guidance. We’re in early development and want ranchers to help shape the work before we scale it.
